湖南(nán)城(chéng)市學院（Hunan City University）位于湖南(nán)省益陽市，其辦學曆史可(kě)追溯到創辦于1970年春的(de)益陽師範高(gāo)等專科學校。2002年3月(yuè)經教育部批準與湖南(nán)城(chéng)建高(gāo)等專科學校合并，升格爲全日制普通(tōng)本科層次院校。

根據2016年4月(yuè)學校官WANG顯示，該校校園占地面積1568畝，有校本部和(hé)朝陽校區(qū)兩個(gè)校區(qū)，建築面積53.4萬平方米。擁有資産8.6億元，其中教學儀器設備總值1.4億元。下(xià)設16個(gè)二級學院，開辦本科專業47個(gè)，有全日制普通(tōng)本專科在校生16600多(duō)人(rén)，成人(rén)教育學生6500多(duō)人(rén)。

  ZT-4A(X)鐵電測試儀有兩個(gè)高(gāo)壓樣品池,一個(gè)封閉式的(de)，一個(gè)開放式的(de)，方便進行不同樣品的(de)測試.同時(shí)提供了(le)一個(gè)薄膜測試平台，專門對(duì)薄膜進行研究測試的(de).

Hunan City University is located in yiyang City, Hunan province. In March 2002, it was approved by the ministry of education to merge with hunan urban construction college, and was upgraded to a full-time university at the undergraduate level.

Zt-4a (X) ferroelectric tester has two high-voltage sample pools, one closed and one open, which is convenient for testing different samples. At the same time, it provides a film testing platform, which is dedicated to the research and testing of thin films.
